We are coming to Oslo 

Best of You and Blissfullyliving are coming to Oslo and have teamed up with the inspirational personal trainer and blogger Camilla Lorentzen!

Join us for a morning of training and fun, where Camilla will take you through a 45 minutes’ body weight session, focusing on exercises that can be done anytime, anywhere. Participants can expect to get their pulse up and get sweaty, but leave with a sense of empowerment.

Practical information 

Registration:  Deadline to sign up is Wednesday October 11. Please leave your wanted size in tights in the comment field when booking your ticket or email us at contact@bestofyou. The tights are normal in size.  

Additional information: The class is for all ages and levels and will be held in Norwegian.  

About Camilla: Camilla Lorentzen is the amazing girl behind “FitNok” and is a firm believer that it´s not about how you look, it's about how you see yourself. That we are all worthy, regardless of weight, shape or form. That health should be accessible to all and make you feel better, not take up so much space that there is no room for anything else.
